Highrise Buildings in Comilla City | Part 3

The biggest shopping mall in Comilla district which will be the 3rd biggest shopping-mall in Bangladesh. The construction work of this mall is ongoing, the name is Planet S.R. The Graphics image of this mall has been uploaded in this post. Construction work of some other 20-storied high-rise buildings has already been started in this city. At present there is not any completed 20-story high-rise in Comilla city.

This is the 3rd part of the High-rise Buildings series post about Comilla City in this blog. All the shots of this post were taken directly from the billboards in front the projects, most of the projects construction work is ongoing.

The SKY of Comilla City is Changing !

I was a student of the Comilla Victoria Government College during the session of 1996-1997. That time the highest constructed building of the Comilla City was only a five storied building and may be there were only one or two building.

But now (in 2013) the sky of the city has changed a lot and the change is increasing dramatically. I took some shots of the sky of the city (taken on February, 2013).

Lots of Housing / Developer companies are now doing a well business in this sector and lots of high rise buildings construction is running in Comilla City. Most of the high rises was built on the last five or six years. Twenty storied constructed building is now a common fact in the city. I saw the changing in my own eyes !
