on June 10, 1999 under the Companies Act. 1994. The central bank of Bangladesh
issued a banking license on June 17, 1999 under Banking Companies Act, 1991 for
the Premier Bank Limited. The head office is located at Banani which is an
exclusive Commercial and Residential zone in the city. The PBL has clear vision
