UCBL
(United Commercial Bank Limited) is one of the popular private commercial bank
in Bangladesh. The bank was incorporated in Bangladesh as a public limited
company on 26th June 1983 under the companies Act 1994 and listed in Dhaka
Stock Exchange Limited on 30th November 1986 and Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited on 15th November
1995. The bank was commencement of Business on 27 June 1983.
Since
the starting UCB has been able to establish itself as one of the largest first
generation banks in the country. The Bank has expanded its arena in different
