A flying restaurant called 'Fly Dining' has started its journey at Sugandha Point on Cox's Bazar sea beach. Cox's Bazar Municipality Mayor Mujibur Rahman inaugurated the restaurant on Tuesday (30 November 2021) evening at Sugandha Point on the beach. Anyone can sit at the table while flying and enjoy a variety of delicacies.

Rahman and Nawab Fayez Abu Bakkar Khan, the head of Fly Dining Restaurant were
also present on the occasion. Ensuring complete safety with the help of
state-of-the-art machine cranes, the restaurant will have food and drink
facilities 160 feet above the surface of the beach. In this, tourists will get
a thrilling feeling of being entertained sitting in the kingdom of clouds. Such
an exception in the modern world will change the nature of tourism in Cox's
Bazar. A new dimension has been started in the sand dunes of the beach. Your
first digital flywheel has been created by international travel company ”Your
Travels Limited”.
On the ground, the Fly Dining Restaurant and Kitchen has been set up on the plot next to Hotel Sea Princess in Sugandha Point, with ample seating. A crane comes to sit in the empty space on the west side of the restaurant. In a special reading, chairs, tables and umbrellas with a capacity of 20 people have been kept open all around with a kind of roof. A special crane made of a combination of aluminum and steel is attached to the head of the crane in the middle and around the deck. Anyone who wants to order the food of their choice in the kitchen on the ground can take advantage of the service of 'flying desk'.
According to the organizers, the
20-person 'Fly Dining' restaurant will serve food to shoppers as it rises 160
feet above the ground to the beach sky. At this time you can enjoy the view of
the beach and the surroundings from the sky. It will cost a minimum of Tk 4,000
to Tk 8,500 per person (including food). The duration of the package is one to
one and a half hours including the time of ascent, deviation and position and
descent. The country's famous chef Tony Khan is managing the entertainment and
food with his family.
Tourists, who enjoyed the food in the sky on the opening day, said that this is a different feeling in different environment. The seat belt is fastened to the deck chair like an airplane. Later, at the beginning of the journey in the sky, a little fear worked, but after ascending, he forgot everything with joy. From above, the whole beach waves and the hills, surroundings and buildings of Cox's Bazar are captivating. It will be considered as a new addition to tourism entertainment.
